The police brought Shawn, who is 14 years old, to the police station because he was the main suspect in a murder that

it is under the 5th amendment because Shawn was read his right and he was keeping quiet but he understood that if he speaks it will be held angst him in court. The fifth guarantees the right to a grand jury, forbids “double jeopardy,” and protects against self-incrimination.
