The internet is a good technological resource, but be aware of the link.

If the link has a .gov instead of .com, it is trusted and government-certified. Ones like the Mayo Clinic, are absolutely fantastic resources that can be trusted, and once again, they are government certified.

Be aware of ones like .org and .com, they usually aren’t true.

Going to the pharmacy/doctor’s office/hospital is more trusting, and they will give more accurate responses than the website versions.
