Revenue is represented by model R

Revenue would be the produce of selling price x no of units sold.

Cost would include material cost, labour cost, other direct costs, fixed costs such as rent, electricity, Manager salary, etc and also office and administrative expenses, selling and distribution expenses.

The profit would be the amount of revenue more than the cost

i.e. profit function P would be
