So osmosis of pure water would be a hypotonic solution which means having low count of solute and more water
A isotonic solution would be a balanced solution with water and solute balancing
Then osmosis of water plus sodium ions should be hypertonic compared to osmosis of pure water only because has higher concentration of solute as the pure water has more solution.
