EX:1. Life can be better if you stand up for what you believe in.

I stood up to somebody who was bullying me.

I stood up for a friend who was being made fun of.

I had an interest in art and want to pursue that, but my parents thought it was a waste of time. I pushed to do what my interests are.

We should stand up for our beliefs because its who we are deep inside and letting people know can be hard but in the end it will benefit us.
