Reading takes the third higher priority in developing LSRW skills. Reading is not actually a time pass activity, it actually make the reader to know rich set of vocabularies, use those words in day to day life, get to know about what is happening around, why not reading books can change the attitude of the people in a right way.
Some examples of reading are book reading, magazine reading, reading news papers, reading about science fiction, reading content online, etc.
