1- professionals. This is because they had a high wage where they worked, as they were professionals, so they had no need to move countries to make a better life and make more money.

2- laborers. This is because they have bad jobs, with very little pay, and they would move countries, so they could possibly find a job with better pay, in a thriving economy such as the United States.
