At a rate of 2.25 feet per minute, its gonna take him


(145.8)/(2.25)=64.8 minutes to pain

Also

At a rate of 0.75 feet per minute, its gonna take him


(145.8)/(0.75)=194.4 minutes to stain

For 76.2 feet long fence:

At a rate of 2.25 feet per minute, its going to take him


(76.2)/(2.25)=33.87 minutes to pain

At a rate of 0.75 feet per minute, its gonna take him


(76.2)/(0.75)=101.6 minutes to stain

In total, it's gonna take him:

64.8 + 194.4 + 33.87 + 101.6 = 394.67 minutes

In hours, that is 394.67/60 = 6.58 hours
