What food sources contain naturally occurring dietary fiber?

Answer:

  • Whole grain foods like oats, quinoa, etc.
  • Legumes, like peas and beans.
  • Potato skins, oddly enough, have some dietary fiber.

Tip:

There is no fiber in meat, dairy, or sugar!
