Jack is using a document that has multiple references to his company as Company ABC, LLC. He would like to change these values to CompanyABC, LLC.

What is the easiest way to do this?

Use the Find option to find each value and manually change them.
Copy the text you want to use as a replacement and use the Find dialog box to find each value to paste the replacement text.
Press Ctrl+H to access the Find and Replace dialog box.
Use the Format Painter option.

Answer:

Press Ctrl+H to access the Find and Replace dialog box.

Step-by-step explanation:

Using just the find option/dialog box will result in Jack having to remove the space at every reference to his Company.

Using the Find and Replace option he will be able to Find "Company ABC, LLC" and replace it with "CompanyABC, LLC". Then selecting "Replace all" will automatically fix the problem at every reference to his Company.
