3²+4²=c²
9+16=c²
25=c²
c=5

to find b in
a²+b²=c²
it would be easier if you knew the other two, like wayyyy easier.
but what you would do is , lets say a was 3 and c was 5, then
3²+b²=5²
9+b²=25
b²=25-9
b² =16
b=√16
b=4
