THE UNITED STATES' FOREIGN POLICY SHOULD BE A NATIONAL POLICY, NOT A Progressive OR REPUBLICAN POLICY. It should be one that has the greatest moral and material advantages to this nation as well as the world in which we have a significant stake. Unfortunately, today's international policy of the Progressive and Republican Parties vary greatly. This is attributed in part to disagreements in domestic policy, but largely to a partisan disagreement over the ratification of the Treaty of Versailles that started more than four years ago.
