In eukaryotic cells or all the organelles are bound in membrane which protect them from the foreign material and also help in efficient working. Also the presence of nucleus helps to pass the information from one to another generation.

Membrane bound organelles and nucleus are absent in prokaryotic cells. Therefore, prokaryotic cells are not much stable and advanced. Eukaryotic cells are advanced cell when compared to prokaryotic cell. Eukaryotic cells are present in higher plants and animals whereas the example of prokaryotic cells are bacteria, virus, fungus, etc.

Also the ribosome is smaller in prokaryotic cell when compared to eukaryotic cell. Ribosome is responsible for the synthesis of protein.
