The perimeter is equal to the sun of all the sides of the rectangle
We know one side and the area
The area A is equal to the product of the bigger size and the smaller.
We know the bigger one, so to find the smaller one we have to divide A and the size
(5.612 * 10^14 cm^2)/(9.2*10^7 cm)= 5.612/9.2 *10^(14-7) cm = 0.61*10^7 cm
Now the perimeter is equal to the smaller size multiplied by two plus the bigger one multiplied by two
0.61*10^7*2 cm +9.2*10^7*2 cm =1.22*10^7 cm +18.4*10^7 cm =(1.22+18.4)*10^7 cm =19.62*10^7 cm
