I need help finding the m∠1 using the given information. I am not very sure how to do 7 through 8. I know the answers but I dont know how to do the work. I would really appreciate the help as I need sleep.​

7) m<1 is congruent to m<4 because they are verticle angles.

So to first you have to find x, and since the two angles are congruent, you can use 5x=2x+90.

3x=90

x=30

Now find m<1 by plugging in x

5 • 30

8) Just like number 7, the angles are congruent, so it's the same process just a different equation.

8x-120=4x+16

4x-120=16

4x=186

x=34

Plug x in

8•34 - 120

272 - 120
