We can use the points (-4, -2) and (0, 1).

Slope Formula: y2-y1/x2-x1

= 1-(-2)/0-(-4)

= 3/4

Slope-intercept form: y = mx + b

m = slope

b = y-intercept

y = 3/4x + 1

Hope This Helped! Good Luck!
