Could someone answer this. If the flower were orange, would it more likely be pollinated by insects or by the wind? Give at least one reason for your answer.

Answer:

Not right as the bright colors or dull colors are fixed in the genetics of a flower, bees and bird shelp the flowers reproduce not directly impacting there color

Step-by-step explanation:

  • Flower with colors come mainly from the pigments in the cells that are called anthocyanins, which are of chemicals called flavonoids.
  • As wind pollination does not impact the petal color or size and pollination insect also does not change or alter the color of the flower petals.
  • Only 2% of the pollination caused due to water and 12% by the winds. If the pollination is done by birds and insects then the flowers will be dull with bad fruit.
