y=-8/7x-4

from, m1m2=-1

-8/7m2=-1

m2=7/8

again from, m=(y-y1)/(x-x1)

7/8=(y-9)/(x-10)

8(y-9)=7(x-10)

8y-72=7x-70

8y=7x-70+72

8y=7x+2

therefere,

y=7/8x+1/4
