Slope intercept form is y=mx +b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.

2y-x+-6

Write the polynomial as an equation:

y = 2y -x + -6

Subtract 2y from both sides:

-y = -x+ -6

Simplify:

-y = -x -6

Multiply all terms by -1:

Slope intercept form:

y = x + 6
