The sum of the percentages must be 100%.

We have these following percentages

65​% of the changes were from incorrect answers to correct

29​% were from correct to incorrect

P% were from incorrect to incorrect

So


65 + 29 + P = 100


P = 100 - 94


P = 6

6% of the changes were from incorrect to​ incorrect
