After 7 months population will be same.

(43425 + 75x) = (45000 - 150x)

Explanation:

Population of a town = 43425.

Number of people moving out of the town = 125 per month

Number of people moving in = 200 per month

On an average number of people increasing every month = 200 - 125

= 75

Population of the nearby town = 45000

Number of people moving in = 0 per month

Number of people moving out = 150 per month

Let after x months number of population will be same.

So the equation will be (43425 + 75x) = (45000 - 150x)

43425 + 75x = 45000 - 150x

43425 + 75x + 150x = 45000

75x + 150x = 45000 - 43425
