11 I’m pretty sure. Since 3x times 2 is 18 - 2y which is 10. The first thing is 10. And since 2x times two is 12, if you subtract that by 3y which is 15 you would get -3. The difference of 10 and -3 you get 13.

Answer:

14

Explanation:

{3x}^(2) - 2y \\ 3 { * 3}^(2) - 2 * 5 \\ 27 - 10 = 17

{2x}^(2) - 3y \\ 2 * {3}^(2) - 3 * 5 \\ 12 - 15 = - 3

17 - 3 = 14
