The answer is the bottom left. The equation says x=2. That means whatever y is, x must be 2. Now for the line, if the sign is greater or less than the line must be dotted. If it is a greater or equal to or a less than or equal to sign then the line is solid or not dotted. Think of it this way: since the greater than or equal to symbol or the less than symbol have a line underneath the greater or less than symbol, you use a non dotted line. As for the shading, x is less than 2 so you must shade all the numbers before 2 or in other words shade to the left. Hope this helps!
