You have conducted an experiment and have found a result with a value of 0.33067. You have also calculated the uncertainty in this result to be 0.05213. Record the result with uncertainty using the proper format.

Answer: Hello mate!

We finding the numbers 0.33067 with the uncertainty of 0.05213 and we want to write it in the proper way.

First, we see that the uncertainty starts affecting in the second number after the decimal point, then after that point, the uncertainty domains, and the values in our experimental value don't have any useful information.

then we decide to cut the numbers in the hundredths. But first we need to round them:

in the experimental value, the hundredths value is 3, and the thousandth value is 0, then the hundredth value stays as it is, then the experimental value is: 0.33

for the uncertainty, the hundredth value is 5, and the next number is 2, then we round down, then the uncertainty is 0.05.

then we could present our value as: (0.33 ± 0.05).
