Answer:

y=7x

Explanation:

we know that

A relationship between two variables, x, and y, represent a proportional variation if it can be expressed in the form
y/x=k or
y=kx

we have the points (2,14) and (4,28)

Find out the constant of proportionality k

k=y/x

For (2,14) ---->
k=14/2=7

For (4,28) ---->
k=28/4=7

so

the value of
k=7

therefore

The equation is

y=7x
