Answer: 18x^4 - 5x^3 + x^2 - 4

Explanation:

We need to add like terms.

-10 and 6 are like terms

-10 + 6 = - 4

-3x^3 and -2^3 are like terms

-3x^3 + -2^3 = -5x^3
