Hello,

so we first of all cannot actually divide the fractions but we can use a strategy I have learned called stay, change, flip.

Basically you keep the first fraction the same, change the division sign to a multiplication sign and flip the second fraction.

so for this problem, we would keep the 4/7 the same, change the division sign to a multiplication sign, and flip the 3/5 over to make 5/3. We then would multiply this out, and get 20/21.
