28-3(x-2)<5x+10 - given

28-3x+6<5x+10 - distributive property (we distributed the 3)

34-3x<5x+10 - sum like terms (we summed 28 and 6)

34<8x+10 - addition property of order (we summed 3x to both sides)

24<8x - subtraction property of order (we subtracted 10 to both sides)

3<x - division property of order (we divided both sides by 8)
