How many​ flowers, spaced every 6​ inches, are needed to surround a circular garden with a 20​-foot ​radius?

The circumference of a circle is 2 πr, so 2 x 3.1416 x 20 = 125.664 feet, if you want flowers every 6 inches you need 2 flowers per foot, so 251.33, rounded down to 251, I’m assuming you wouldn’t want a third of a flower :)
