How do you know if something is a no solution or infinite solution

Answer:

No solution means that the equation/inequality is incorrect. Infinite solution, (I believe you meant "all real numbers") means that any real number can be a solution.

Example of no solution:

3 > 5

This is not true, therefore the answer is no solution.

Example of infinite solution/all real numbers:

x = x

Any real number would make this equation correct, so the answer is all real numbers.
