Answer:

The kettle with hot water only.

Step-by-step explanation:

Adding tea to hot water reduces the attractive forces between water molecules therefore the water molecules in hot water plus tea will move away from each other faster hence hastening the boiling point.

Answer:

Kettle with hot water + tea.

Step-by-step explanation:

Pure water boils at 100 degree Celsius, water containing dissolved solvents has a higher boiling point than the pure water (solvent). This is due to the fact that any liquid boils only when its vapour pressure becomes equal to the vapour pressure of the surrounding.

For a solvent, the presence of a nonvolatile solute decreases its vapor pressure by dilution of solvent molecules which in turn requires more energy in order to achieve that vapour pressure.
