The answer is actually b. Chloroplasts
The Chloroplasts create chlorophyll which allows plants to go through photosynthesis. Photosynthesis takes sunlight, CO2 and water and converts it into ATP, which is a form of energy.

The mitochondria also provides energy for the cell, but it is found in both prokaryotic and plant cells.
