The answer is 15m +2p -9/3

My work

2/3p+5m-3

find the least common denominator and that in this case would be 3

2p/3 + 3•5m/3 + 3 •(-3)/3

next combine all of them with the same denominator

2p + 3•5m + 3•(-3)/3

(aka they are all still /3 just combined into one fraction)

next step is to use order of operations

so multiply 3•5m and 3•(-3) separately to get

2p + 15m -9/3

then (optional) rearrange the numbers

15m + 2p -9

3
