Using the HH eq. calculate the amounts (masses) of sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate (NaH2PO4 H2O) and sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous (Na2HPO4) required to prepare 200 mL of a 100 mM phosphate buffer at pH 6.24. Assume a pK, of 7.2 for the monobasic phosphate. This buffer will be used in the activity assay of our purified lysozyme in a few short weeks. Again scan/photo a copy of your work, or use equation editor/Word to show calculations.
