Solution :

To plot the points on the graph,

For each point, move right or left along the horizontal x -axis and up or down parallel to the y -axis.

To plot (0,-1) - Move distance at x=0 on x-axis

Move a distance of y=-1 down along y-axis.

To plot (2,0) - Move distance at x=2 right along x-axis

Move a distance of y=0 on y-axis.

To plot (3,2) - Move distance at x=3 right along x-axis

Move a distance of y=2 up along y-axis.

To plot (-1,4) - Move distance at x=-1 left along x-axis

Move a distance of y=4 up along y-axis.
