Is 0.32 x 102written in scientific notation? Justify your answer.

0.32 x 10^2 would be 32, in any case you have a positive exponent on the 10, the decimal to the left and in this case it would be moved two places to the left, equaling to 32.

0.32 x 10^2 = 3.2 = 32.

if this was a negative 2 it would be moved 2 places to the right.

0.32 x 10^2 = 0.0032
