part A : $36

Explanation:

part B : calculate no. of people each night

no. of tables accommodating 4 people ( no. of people that can be accommodated on one such table) + no. of tables accommodating 2 people ( no. of people that can be accommodated on such table)

=> 3(4) + 2(2)

=> 16 people

assumed amount of tip that will be earned each night per person : $ 2.25

amount of estimated tip per night => 16 x 2.25 => $ 36
