My favorite is Football. This helps you get the exercise your body needs, and it also helps your body get stuff such as Vitamin D. There are a couple down falls such as breaking a bone, but if you play a lot of football, the chances are you will quickly heal from it because you must eat a lot of healthy foods if your a good player, and your bone structure is strong so you would quickly heal from that injury.
