PLEASE HELP ASAP!! Latoya said she thought a particular short story was very sad, and explained why she felt that way. Alvin said, "I understand your point of view, but I disagree. Here's why." He went on to point out evidence that the story's ending was actually hopeful. Was Alvin being collaborative in his approach? Explain your reasoning.

I think that Alvin was respecting her opinion by stating "I understand your point of view, but........" Then Alvin goes on to state his own opinion. So Alvin is being collaborative because he did not approach her by stating she was wrong and force his opinion on the hopeful ending.

okay! he respects her opinion and then tells her his opinion. this was collaborative because he didn't go up to her and was like, " YOURE WRONG!!!!THATS NOT TRUE THE ENDING IS HOPEFUL!"
