Racial effects are aimed at the African Americans of the south based on their lives as well as the opportunities that are long-lasting and deep-seated. These effects were, therefore, the most destructive since they were legalized and above the board.

The laws are therefore illustrated to the population of American and Africans to ensure their struggle was not only covering the backward battling over violent actions of the southern rednecks. However, the whole society failed to see this, and it led to education prejudices.
