Is The sum of any two consecutive prime number is also prime ?

The answer is no because it starts off like that but it doesn’t continue

It starts off true, 1 + 2 (first prime numbers) is 3 (also prime) 2 + 3 = 5 (prime) but then next is 5 + 3 which is 8, not prime. So the answer is no :)
