Explanation:

M stands for midpoint. You use the midpoint formula. The formula is (x1+x2/2) and (y1+y2/2). 3 plus 9 is 12 for x1 and if you divide that by two because of the equation, you get 6. You do the same thing for the y. Hope this helps! :)
