As we know that the temperature of atmosphere is continuously increases and this increase in temperature is known as global warming.The temperature of atmosphere is increased due to increase the concentration of green house gases.

Green houses gases are follows

2.Water vapor

5.Nitrous oxide

Above all given gases water vapor is the strongest gases which produce 66.66% global warming alone and remaining 33.33% comes from all other gases.

So when concentration CO2 will increase but the concentration of water vapor decreases then the temperature of atmosphere will decreases.
