From second equation of motion


h=ut+(1)/(2)gt^2


0.49=0* t+(1)/(2)* 9.8* t^2


t^2=0.1

t = 0.31622 sec

For second object


h=ut+(1)/(2)gt^2


1.27=0* t+(1)/(2)* 9.8* t^2


t^2=0.1

t = 0.5091 sec

So difference in time = 0.5091-0.31622 = 0.19288 sec

So after 0.19288 sec second object hit the ground after hitting first object
