It has emerged as a way to promote fun and practice sports within the environmental conditions that these countries have, allowing that people practice something beneficial for their health, keep warm and have fun.

At the beginning, this sport was practiced without specific rules, but gradually it became more professional and what eventually led to the establishment of rules like other volleyball modalities.
