You have to first solve for the slop using the equation y2-y1/x2-x1 and then you plug the slope (m) into y=mx+b using one of the x and y values from any of the points above and then lastly solve for b.

For these particular points it would look like this... 11-7/5-3 =2 (slope/m)
7=2(3)+b
7=6+b
7-6=b
1=b
Final equation: y=2x+1
