Answer:

In Europe, the regions were mostly and vastly dominated by the abundant forest cover in the north and the west. Hence these areas have sparse population and have very slow pace to implement new ways. These areas also don’t have any fertile land that would help them to create a powerful kingdom. On the other hand, America has a different story. In this area there were not many animals that could carry loads. Hence the local communities produced only in limited amount and traded luxuries.
