PLEASE HELP, QUICKLY!!!

| -4b -8 | + | -1 - b^2 | + 2b^3 ; b= -2

I have tried many different attempts but I can't solve it!!! I'm In Algebra 2 and this is part of my Unit Test of "Expressions, Equations, and Inequalities"
