For this case we have that by definition of power properties is met:

(a^m)^n=a^(m*n)

It is also true that:

a^(-1)=(1)/(a^1)=(1)/(a)

So, rewriting the expression we have:

7^(-32)=(1)/(7^(32))

Answer:

(a^m)^n=a^(m*n)

a^(-1)=(1)/(a^1)=(1)/(a)
