If 26,000 ( I'll assume you missed a 0) is 33% more than their total the previous year.

If the previous year is supposed to be 100%, this year is 100% + 33% = 133%

Using rule of three:

26,000 -> 133%

x -> 100%

x = 100/133 * 26,000 = 19,549
